ColourIntl agent readiness

Agent readiness

Someone asked an assistant what you sell.
It recommended somebody else.

Not because your site is bad. Because an assistant could not read it — and there is no error, no bounce, and nothing in your analytics when that happens.

Why don’t AI assistants ever mention my business?

It means an assistant was asked a question your business could answer, and skipped you.

Search is increasingly answered by agents that read structure — manifests, structured data, machine-readable state. They do not read layout. If your site publishes none of that, an agent has to guess from your markup, and it usually guesses wrong or moves on.

You never see it happen. There is no error, no drop you can point at. The traffic simply does not arrive.

Can you prove you can fix it?

What did you actually change? Was it content?

No. Not one word of copy, and no keywords. Six pieces of engineering.

01A capability manifestA file at /.well-known/ stating what the site can do, so an agent stops guessing.
02Machine-readable stateJSON where an agent expects data, instead of a page built for eyes. The largest single gap.
03Clean text on requestPages that answer Accept: text/markdown with content and no chrome.
04Structured identitySchema.org built server-side, so a machine knows what the page is and who you are.
05A stated agent policyBe indexed without being harvested. Disallow cannot say that. A content signal can.
06Correct canonicalsOne address per page, or every filtered URL becomes a competing answer about you.

How do I know my site has this problem?

We measure first. Here is every major salon booking platform, scanned in August 2026 before a single email went out — the software your competitors run their bookings on.

Not one of the ten publishes a capability manifest — the file that tells an assistant a booking can be made and how. An assistant asked to book an appointment has nothing to act on, so it does not.

Median540 of 10

A sweep of nineteen independent salon sites the same month came back at a median of 56, and the two that scored well had done nothing to earn it — their platform shipped it for them.

Your engagement starts the same way: with your number, not a pitch.

What does it cost?

The scan below is free and always will be — it is the same engine, and everything it finds is yours to hand straight to your developer. What is priced is doing it for you, and keeping it true after the next deploy.

Fix$750 We implement every finding. Re-scanned when it ships: 80/100 or better, measured by the scanner you just used — under that, you pay nothing at all. 5 days
Monitoring$95/mo A re-scan every month, a diff against the last one, and an email the day a deploy breaks something that was passing. ongoing

And who am I buying this from?

Sean Sneed, trading as Colour International LLC. One person, who does the work himself. There is no account manager, no sales team, and no call you have to sit through before seeing a number.

That is a fair thing to be cautious about, so here is what you can check rather than take on faith:

  • The method is published. All sixteen checks, their weights, and the limits of each are at /llms.txt. Nothing about the score is proprietary.
  • The same scanner grades the work. The number you get free is produced by the code that verifies the fix. There is no second, kinder scanner, and you can re-run the free scan yourself the day it ships.
  • The benchmark is a real sample. Ten booking and scheduling platforms, scanned in August 2026: median 54, best 67, and not one publishing a capability manifest. Scan any of them yourself and check the number.
  • The company is a matter of public record. California entity 202461516261, registered March 2024, independently owned with no outside investment. The full record lists what to check and where, including the state filing you can look up without asking us.
  • The guarantee is the proof. If the fix does not reach 80/100 there is no invoice — not a discount, not a credit. We carry the risk because the outcome is measurable, and we would rather show you that than tell you about our experience.

What we will not tell you is that this earns you a specific amount of money. Nobody can measure agent-driven revenue attribution today, and anyone quoting you a figure for it is guessing. The claim is narrower and checkable: your site is unreadable to these systems right now, and afterwards it is not.

Fine. What’s my score?

Type it below. We score it on the spot against the same 16 checks, and show you the largest gap straight away — no call, no waiting, no charge.
